Does The Chocolate Fountain Use Real Chocolate?
Answer: Yes, we use a high quality Premium Ghirardelli
Chocolate. This is done for two reasons: First and
foremost - Taste is of utmost importance and we will not
compromise quality. Secondly, the quality, consistency and
flow of the chocolate will be much more appealing.

What type of chocolate do you use?
Answer: We are proud to serve Premium
Ghirardelli Chocolate. It is available in Dark, White or
Milk.

How Much Chocolate Do You Provide?
Answer: Our pricing includes 20 pounds of Premium
Ghirardelli Chocolate. In most scenarios, this will be
more than enough chocolate. However, for events that
require more chocolate, we offer you the ability to
purchase additional chocolate in 2.5 pound increments.

How Many People Will The Chocolate Fountain Serve?
Answer: Our package, which includes 20 pounds of
chocolate, along with your accompaniments is normally
adequate for events up to 250 guests. However, keep in
mind that the Chocolate Fountain will serve an unlimited
number of people by adding additional chocolate.
5.
What Is The Size Of The Chocolate Fountain?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain is 29" in height
16" in diameter and weighs approximately 75 pounds
before adding chocolate.
6. Do
I Have To Set Up, Tear Down & Clean Up The Chocolate
Fountain?
Answer: Fortunately, we do all the work for you. We will
arrive at your special event at least 60 minutes prior to
the designated starting time. The fountain will then be
carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and
flowing elegantly so your guests will smell the sweet
aroma of chocolate when they begin to arrive. We then will
clean up and dismantle the Chocolate Fountain when our
time has ended. You will only have to enjoy your party!
7.
How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
Answer: Our package includes use of the Chocolate Fountain
for 4 hours. This is usually plenty of time for
most occasions where it is being used for the appetizer or
dessert portion of the event. This does not include set up
and tear down, which are done on our time. For occasions
such as trade shows, conventions or other events where
additional time is needed, you can request overtime at an
additional cost.
8.
What Are The Table & Electrical Requirements?
Answer: Since the Chocolate Fountain weighs approximately
100 pounds when full; a level, sturdy table is a must. If
it is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly.
Your banquet facility should provide two table linens that
will coordinate with your color scheme. The Chocolate
Fountain requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet
within 10 feet of the set-up location.
9.
What Accompaniments Can Be Used With The Chocolate
Fountain?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain will be the centerpiece of
your table. Items, which can be dipped in the chocolate,
should be placed closest to the fountain. Examples would
be: strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, pretzels,
cookies, etc. Use your imagination! The items do not have
to be expensive to be a crowd-pleaser! Please keep in mind
that any crumbly-type food that may fall into the fountain
will cause the chocolate to get lumpy and not flow
properly.
10.
Who Provides The Accompaniments?
Answer: We have found that many hotels and banquet
facilities do not allow outside vendors to provide food
items. They would be included with your package or an
additional item for you to purchase through the banquet
facility. If this is not the case, you may have already
booked a caterer to provide your event with appetizers.
We've found that over 90% of our bookings do not want us
to provide the food. With that in mind, our package does
not include the accompaniments. They can be provided by us
though.
11.
Do You Provide The Decorations For Around The Chocolate
Fountain?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain itself is the ultimate
decoration for any table. The cascading chocolate along
with the colorful array of fruit and other appetizers is
plenty of decorations to make the table appealing. Of
course you are more than welcome to provide any additional
decorations if you so desire.
12.
Can The Chocolate Fountain Be Used Outdoors?
Answer: The Chocolate Fountain will only operate in
enclosed areas. Because of the chocolate's sweet aroma,
little flying creatures are very likely to be attracted to
the fountain. Beyond that, maintaining the temperature of
chocolate is critical for continued smooth operation. This
would be difficult to accomplish in an outside setting.
13.
What Area Do You Service?
Answer: Our pricing includes delivery and set up at any
facility located in the greater Daytona Beach area. We
will service other areas in Florida for an additional

14.
Do You Require Reservations & A Deposit?
Answer: Yes, we require a reservation, a signed contract
and a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Reservations
are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. The
balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to
the scheduled date of your event.
